Objectives
- Use ShareBrowser for metadata tagging, media previewing, and search across EVO shares
- Build Smart Collections & proxies for Adobe Productions, Resolve, and Avid bins
- Integrate with Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and DaVinci Resolve (panel installs, bin locking, Productions, Resolve Database mapping)
- Build and manage Slingshot automation workflows for backup, ingest, checksum-verify, and transcoding
- Chain Slingshot to third-party tools (AWS S3, Telestream Vantage, ffmpeg, Archiware P5)
- Implement best practices for media management and data protection (retention rules, ransomware-recovery snapshots)
- Compare workflows for on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-integrated environments; size bandwidth & latency budgets
- Troubleshoot common performance and access issues at the ShareBrowser and Slingshot layer
- Set up EVO remote-editing and cloud-sync features (VPNs, H.264 proxy, LucidLink, S3)
